3…2…1…GO! Awana Grand Prix is back for another year! Join us for an amazing family time together Saturday, March 7, from 10 a.m to 1:30 p.m. Doors open at 9:45 a.m.

Cheer on our T & T Clubbers (grades 3-6) as they race their hand-crafted Awana Pinewood Derby Cars. Feel the excitement as cars are judged on both speed AND design.

Become a kid again watching our Puggles (age 2-3), Cubbies (age 3-4), and Sparks Clubbers (SK-grade 2) send their favourite Hot Wheels or Matchbox car down the track.

Our Awana leaders will also be on the track as they race against each other, and we will present the Clubbers’ Choice Award where our clubbers get to vote for the best leader car design!

Be sure to stop at the concession stand and bake sale and on your way into the track stop in the Harvest Kids lobby and place a bid at the silent auction. There will be several baskets and items to bid on donated by Harvest Barrie Life & Bible Groups and Harvest Staff. There will also be several small baskets specifically for the children, donated by our Life & Bible Groups. The cut off for bids is 12:30 p.m. so make sure you get your bid in before then. All proceeds from the concession stand, bake sale and baskets will go to the Children of Promise Orphanage (Chiproms) and our Awana missionaries.
