Everyone Believes Something
We all believe something even if we don’t think about it that much. The Bridge is a chance to explore what true Christianity is all about. It’s a chance to interact, ask questions and share your point of view without any pressure.
The Bridge Course is a 8 week introduction to Christianity which is designed to encourage conversation and interaction in a non-pressured, “questions are welcome” environment. The Bridge provides a place where you can share what you believe or just sit back and listen. No one will ever call on you. It’s a comfortable environment where you can find answers to some of life’s biggest questions, enjoy community with others and find meaning in life. To help you on this journey, each in-person session is split up into three parts.
A. A talk – The talks are designed to raise important questions and inspire conversation. Generally thirty minutes long, they seek to answer important questions about life and God such as:
-What will really satisfy?
-Why does God allow suffering?
-Is Jesus the only way?
-Can we trust the Bible?
-Is Christianity really worth it?
B. A discussion – The discussion is probably the most important part of the Bridge. It’s a chance to interact, the talk and share your perspective in a friendly environment. You can ask whatever question you like or not say a word. No one will ever call on you.
We will meet every Monday at 6:30 p.m. at Harvest Bible Chapel in Barrie for 8 weeks.
