LANCE RYAN
Facilities DirectorLance was born and raised in Oshawa, Ontario in a home with two younger brothers. Lance accepted Christ when he was in grade eight when a group called Radical Youth Invasion came to his school and he attended their ministry that night and in 2002 he was baptized.
Over the years Lance has attended different churches in Oshawa, Brandon, Manitoba, and Barrie where he has worked across various ministries including within Youth and Young Adults ministries. Lance has a passion for building relationships with others and helping them along their life and faith journeys.
Lance was blessed to marry the love of his life, Julie, in August of 2017 and now Julie runs her own residential cleaning company. They have an incredibly successful and faith-filled son, Mathieu, who is enjoying learning about the Lord and learning to play guitar.
Lance has walked a path working as a cleaner, a maintenance worker, and a manager that the Lord used to prepare him for working at Harvest. Lance believes that preparing the building for all of the ministries in Harvest is a beautiful way to serve the Lord and serve others.
